Interior Mebel 2022: we invite you to the opening of the new design year
The international furniture exhibition Interior Mebel, which traditionally opens the baton of interior events in the country, will be held at the IEC from February 3 to 6, 2022. In 2022, the exhibition celebrates its 10th anniversary: at this landmark event for the design market, novelties from Ukrainian and foreign furniture brands will be presented as well as the main trends that will determine the development of the industry in the country for the next year.
From February 3rd to 6th, the International Exhibition Center in Kiev will host Interior Mebel exhibition. The most important event of the Ukrainian interior market for the tenth time will bring together leading industry professionals: European and Ukrainian manufacturers of furniture, lighting and decor, designers and architects, industry experts and representatives of specialized media. Interior Mebel will present integrated solutions for private and public interiors: upholstered furniture, kitchen compositions, storage systems, bathroom furniture, interior textiles and finishing materials, plumbing, lighting and decor.
“The pandemic has brought changes to the usual way of life, including festivals and exhibitions. And we are no exception. After a short pause, INTERIOR MEBEL is preparing to prove that Kiev is a powerful point on the world design map,” comment the organizers.
The 2022 exposition includes three important segments – the key exposition of Interior Mebel, HoReCa and KeramSan.
Thematic expositions presented at the exhibition provide an opportunity for designers, architects and general contractors to choose stylish and ergonomic interior items for the implementation of complex interior tasks. The exhibition will also focus on light: from decorative and environmental to digital lighting control systems.
The focus of the KeramSan section is bathroom design: the exhibition stands will present new bathroom furniture and sanitary ware, flooring and finishing materials, including: ceramic tiles, porcelain stoneware, natural stone, mosaics, etc.
In the HORECA Design section, the emphasis is on integrated interior solutions for restaurants, cafes and bars, as well as a number of other public interiors.
Visitors for whom architecture and design are areas of professional activity, as well as students of specialized universities and schools, will enjoy a rich program of master classes, panel discussions and presentations in the Auditorium design hub. The leading Ukrainian design studio Loft Buro, headed by Oleg Volosovsky, worked on the development of the main installation of the exhibition.
More than 30 influencers will take part in the four-day interactive program, including architects, designers, decorators, visionaries, authors of educational programs, journalists and other professionals in the field. Among the speakers are Alex Obraztsov, Tatyana Shaginyan, Olena Fateeva, Oleg Volosovsky, Larisa Tsybina, Natalya Poplavskaya, Svetlana Sabri, Pit Shamilov, Katerina Sanina, Olga Terefeeva, Lara German, Vladimir Ponomarenko and many others.
Also we will have three panel discussions: PRAGMATIKA, DMNTR and European Design School magazines will hold collective discussions of relevant profile topics.
